Who are the carriers?
 Over 90% of orders are despatched by carrier. The remaining lighter ones will be sent by Royal Mail. Standard UK Mainland delivery is approx 2-3 working days and costs just £3.95, orders over £35 are delivered free of charge. Should you wish for a faster service you may want to opt for our 'Next Day' service (See below).

Unfortunately we only accept orders made by the card holder and cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

We offer a "Next Day" service with details as follows:
This service costs a fixed £5.95:
Order by 4.30pm Mon, Tue, Wed or Thurs - Delivered Next Day
Order by 3.30pm Fri - Delivered Monday
Order after 3.30pm Fri, Sat or Sun - Delivered Tuesday

Public and bank holidays are not included in the above.
Can you get orders to me the same day?
With orders local to Hertfordshire and in London it may be possible to deliver the same day using our own delivery drivers. Please ring us on 08707 602 182 to discuss a possible same-day-delivery with our sales advisors.
