Welcome to our new range of customisable poker chips. We have strived to meet the requirements of our customer demands and have invested in developing this new range of customised poker chip.

The new 8 stripe custom poker chip features a 31.5mm customisable face both sides, ideal for lots of detail, numbers, names, etc and is finished in a professional EverWear seal to ensure the poker chips look as authentic as possible and last a life time.

They are available in 13 different colours as shown in the images, they are the following: White, Black, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Brown, Yellow Green, Grey, Red, Burgundy, Purple, Pink and Orange.

There are many companies out there that promise a good print, good fit, good finish, fast turnaround and durability, but as we have heard from our customers this is not always the case! Some common complaints are; Poor Finish, sometimes printed on gloss paper! or not laminated; Poor Fit, either too small or too large; Long Lead Times, anything up to 6 weeks; and Durability, image prints just fade and rub off.

So what's involved in placing your order? Follow the 5 easy steps below:

1. Decide what you want your poker chips for and how you want your poker chips to look, to help you decide there are some suggestions and examples below:

• Poker Nights: Have your own unique custom designer poker chip set for your very own poker nights.
  
• Corporate/Company Events: Have your company logo, event date, event name and any other important information displayed.
  
• Social and Club Events: Have your own unique poker chips for tournament play or social club play.
  
• Pub Functions: Have a poker chip set customised for your own pub or use different colour chips for ‘Got one in’ beer tokens.
  
• Entry Tokens: Have your own tokens for event entry, ride entry or sporting event admissions.
  
• Advertising Opportunities: They could be used to promote almost any Product, Event or Event Opening, used as fliers or even VIP entry invitations.
  
• Unique Business Cards: Have your very own business cards designed with your details both sides, use one or all the colours of poker chip.
  
• Commemorative Gifts: Have a set of Poker Chips to celebrate Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings and Moments of Achievement.

2. Design your poker chip images or let us design your ideas with the following points in mind:

• Ensure your images are designed in a high-resolution format and in at least 300dpi (for print quality).
  
• Ensure all logos you are using are not subject to copyright by another organisation, company or individual.
  
• Ensure images are saved in a high-resolution format and in one of the following file extensions (in order of preference): .PDF, .EPS, .PSD, .TIFF, .BMP, .JPG or .JPEG.
  
• Give us as much information as you can, styles, colours, any images, logos, font preference or concept and we will design something for you.

3. Decide on the quantity of poker chips or label inserts required:

• How many poker chips will you need?
  
• What colours will you need and what quantity of each colour?
  
• Will you want them loose or cased (with cards, dice and dealer button)?
  
• Do you just require the label inserts and no poker chips?
  
• We will always be happy to quote you on larger volumes of customised poker chips, and yes they will be subject to a discount when enquired upon.

4. Send us your enquiry to a.steel@barmans.ltd.uk with the following information:

• The number of poker chips (or label inserts) required.
  
• Your complete images, or design concepts.
  
• Colours of poker chips and quantities of each colour required.
  
• Dates for delivery.

5. Once we have given you all the details back from your enquiry, place your order by choosing one of the options below:

• Sample Set: We will send you 5 poker chips with 10 different previous customer example images on them for you to see and feel.
  
• Proof Set: We will send you an email proof of your design/s and on approval we will create an actual proof set for you. This will include 5 poker chips with your designs on them so you can see how the actual chips will look, it also gives you a chance to change any details before the main run. It’s a small price to pay and worth it!!
  
• Actual Set: We will send you an email proof of your design/s and on approval we will then go to print and create your chosen loose chip or set quantity.
  

Key Label Insert and Poker Chip features:

• Label Inserts are printed at 300dpi on a vinyl substrate.
  
• The vinyl substrate is then EverWear laminated for durability (very wear resistant).
  
• The vinyl and laminate are then precision diamond cut (smooth finish).
  
• The label inserts are then pealed of the backing and precisely fitted into a recess on the poker chip. The resulting finish is a completely flush label insert fitted within the face of the poker chip.
  
• The poker chips come in 13 colours: White, Yellow, Red, Blue, Grey, Green, Orange, Black, Pink, Purple, Burgundy, Light Blue and Brown.
  
• The poker chips are made from 2 colour ABS plastic composite weighing Approx. 12 grams when complete with both label inserts.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Will the stickers rub or peel off?
Yes, but only after some serious abuse.We have put these chips under test for hours and hours with no immediate problems. The stickers will not fall off as they sit in a slight recess on the chip, allowing the chip to be 'flush'. Fear not, we have invested in the most up to date equipment and technology.

What set up charges are there?
Absolutely none! (This is where we excel over others as you can pay up to £100 just in set up fees).

What if I don't like them?
We will send you an email proof of your design/s and on approval we will create an actual proof set for you. This will include 5 poker chips with your designs on them so you can see how the actual chips will look, it also gives you a chance to change any details before the main run. It’s a small price to pay to make sure you are happy with the design.

What is the quality of the print and material?
We use a precision 'Print & Cut' technology to enable a professional job. The stickers are first printed at 300dpi, then laminated then cut, all by the printer (sticker approx 26mm). Don't worry there are no dodgy angles from someone cutting them out by hand ;)

Can you offer a discount?
For large runs yes, for one set no. However putting the stickers on the chips is a time consuming job so we can offer a discount if you wish to put them on yourself. For enquiries over 10,000 pieces the price will drop dramatically as we can have them made in China, however you will have to allow longer for delivery. Will you design my chip or do I have to?
Either, we will be happy to design a chip for you upon your spec, however you are more than welcome to design your own chip and email the file to us. Formats in order of preference: PDF, .EPS, .PSD, .TIFF, .BMP, .JPG or .JPEG.

How long will it take to produce my chips?
We do weekly runs of customised chips, so after you have proofed your chip (if needed), you are looking at approx 10-21 working days. If you require a quicker a service we will be happy to quote you.
