Great for steaming food, the texture of the bamboo allows steam to circulate and evaporate so less moisture will form on the inside of the lid.

To operate simply place a flat heat proof dish or even lettuce or bok choy leaves directly on the steamer rack, then place the food directly on top of the leaves.

Can be used to keep seafood, vegetables, dim sum or tortillas warm and moist whilst enhancing foods natural flavours and retaining vitamins and nutrients.
